New report templates for 100,000 Genomes Project results
A set of templates for reporting variants identified through the 100,000 Genomes Project is now available to members. The document entitled "Explanatory notes" explains the principles underpinning the design, some suggestions about how they might be used and notes relevant to the forthcoming revision of the ACGS general reporting guidelines. Please note that the templates are labelled as v1.0 because they will undoubtedly need to be revised/refined in the future. Please send any comments directly to Sian Ellard.
